Quick update!

So I know I am a little .. Okay well a lot behind on my blogging .. But I have been a very busy lady! What with finals, working like crazy, and getting ready for my Vaca out to San Francisco to see my boyfriend for Christmas I didn't have a whole lot of time. I did start two and never finished them, so you're all gonna get a great dose of me today! (:

I've got my little station all set up and I plan to be here until I satisfy my readers!

Okay so here is a quick update:

We got some good snow finally in the mitten .. and then it melted ): I was very disappointed. I love snow. I think I am the only one sometimes, but I do. And it's really done nothing but rain this year. I won't be home for it but I don't think anybody at home will be having a white Christmas. Kind of a bummer because that usually means that we will get POUNDED with snow in January and February.

I dyed my hair. It was supposed to be dark burgandy, so I assumed it would wind up more red. Nope. It's purple. But I kind of like it. It's very different and everyone says that is looks good so I guess it worked out for the best.

I had my finals and took my final practical for my skills 1 class. I got a B so I was very happy with that. I was very sad to leave my class though. We all got along very well and I hope that I will see them next semester. We had our final family meal and then did our Chef presentations. I did mine on Gabrielle Hamilton, the chef/owner of Prune. I read her book over the summer and it was amazing. She is very inspiriing and she has lived a very full life that is full of so many random stories. I just fell in love with her. Maybe one day I will get to meet her! Read her book if you are looking for a good something to read!

Now, I am in San Francisco while D is at work. I've had a really nice visit and ate a lot of wonderful things, but don't worry that blog is coming up!
