The Wine Women and their Fancy Dinner Party

This blog is dedicated to my mom and her wonderful friends: Ricky, Marie, Carri, and Beth. You ladies are all fabulous and you have been so wonderful to me. I love you all. ♥

So my parents came into town a week ago. My mom came in first on Tuesday and then my dad arrived on Friday afternoon. They came to town to see their friends and attend a Christmas party, and oh yeah, to see myself and brother David as well. So I got to see my mom on Wednesday when I went to yoga in the morning, while she taught Zumba, then we went for breakfast and then later lunch. It was nice to spend some time with her just hanging out. I miss my parents being here. I hate that when I have a bad day I can't just stop by their place, drink a glass of wine with my mom, hug my dogs, and leave feeling a million times better, but duty calls and when my dad got his promotion it would have been foolish of them not to accept.

ANYWAYS

I was glad they were back in town. I saw my parents again on Friday. My mom and her friends had decided to get together and make dinner. So that's what the five of them did. Husbands came along too, as well as, Wes, and Ricky's daughter Meghan shouwed up later. So it was a very good time with lots of laughs, wine, great food, more wine, fart machines, and very good people. I don't remember what all was made or what was in everything, so I am just going to post the pictures and let you enjoy with your eyes!
